We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders of $150+.  Orders below $150 ship for a flat rate of $6.95.  If the customer desires a faster delivery time, additional options are available at checkout. What is your shipping policy?

We occasionally offer discounts to customers subscribed to our VIP email distribution or via our SMS text club.  We also have specials and perks available to members we engage with on our social media platforms.

Where can I get a discount?

We have two return policies that may apply to customer purchases. 

1) Standard Return Policy: The Simply Greek standard return policy covers ALL items offered via our online store for defects upon receipt.  We must be notified within 10 business days of delivery for a valid claim for defective upon receipt. We also allow Buyer's Remorse returns for all merchandise EXCEPT custom/personalized products, apparel, and final sale items.  Under our Standard Return Policy, if a return is accepted, we offer a STORE CREDIT in the form of an eGift Card to the customer. Customers can also request a simple exchange in lieu of store credit.

2) Return Assurance:  Seel Return Assurance ('RA') is OPTIONAL third-party insurance offered by Kover.  Seel RA is offered at the time of checkout and must be purchased at that time.  If RA purchased, the items that are eligible for return can be returned (at the buyer's expense) for a full refund to their original form of payment. 

What is your refund and exchange policy?

Yes! Simply Greek by Utopia Creations does offer customized products.  This is a specialty offering and one that we are very good at. We offer customized lapel pins, brooches, charms, and other jewelry as well as apparel, accessories, and novelty items.   We work with individuals and groups throughout the planning process to ensure we deliver above and beyond their expectations.
